To install the addon:
Go to Edit> Preferences> Addons> Install.
Select Procedural_Openings_V_(version) and click Install Add-on..
Enable Procedural Openings Generator addon.
Restart Blender.

Troubleshoot/ Reinstall
Go to Edit> Preferences> Addons> Search for Procedural Openings Generator
Click Remove to uninstall from the drop down
Follow the Installation procedure to reinstall the latest version of the addon.
